It serves to all primary care needs and in addition provides its patients with certain in-clinic urgent and acute care, as well as in-clinic labs and procedures. The patient has 24/7 direct contact with the doctor, same to next day unrushed in-clinic appointments, and coordination of specialty and hospital care. There are no co-payments., Concierge Medicine for Medicare patients is also offered for an extremely affordable membership fee. , Cosmetic Botox is a separate service administered by our Board Certified Physician and Nurse Practitioner.
