Our relationship with you begins when you call to inquire about our services or set up your first appointment. The experience becomes real the moment you enter our door, meet the staff, and meet with Dr. Graham in an unhurried session to share your concerns. He listens and counsels, as needed, so that together your care can be targeted towards your own values.
Pricing details
Family memberships are available for families of 4 or more. Family memberships for one year paid in full is $1,960. With the family membership payment plan, there is a $200 registration fee and then $165 per month x 12 months, for a total of $2,180.

Bill Graham, M.D. graduated from Dartmouth College and earned a master’s degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary before completing medical school at the University of Connecticut in 1982. He received his board certification in Family Medicine in 1985.
