Pricing details
Members paying annually will receive a 10% discount. Companies enrolled with five or more employees will have registration waived and receive a 5% discount; 10 or more employees will have registration waived and receive a 10% discount. We reserve the right to dismiss members for missed payments. Back payments of membership, plus twice monthly fee will be required for re-enrollment. No chronic pain management or chronic benzodiazepines management.
