Graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Residency: Spectrum Health - Grand Rapids, MI Prior to joining CHC, Dr. Woo was in private practice for 12 years. He is married to Cathy, a nurse practitioner, and together they raise five children.
Graduate of the Oklahoma State University School of Osteopathic Medicine; Pediatric Residency - Spectrum Health - Grand Rapids, MI. Dr. Huizen is married and mother of three children.
Cathy is a Nurse Practitioner with years of hospital and outpatient primary care experience. She is a wife and mother of five children.
Ariana is a graduate of the University of Windsor, Canada (BS), St. George's University School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at Mercy Health in Grand Rapids, MI.
Carly graduated with her BSN from St. Mary's College in 2008 and received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, IN in August 2020.
Michael is a seasoned Physician Assistant with eight years of practice experience. He is an Army veteran with deployment in Iraq. Michael and his family reside in Grandville, Michigan and attend Grand Rapids First Assembly.
Dr. Abel received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed residency at Saint Anthony Family Medicine Residency in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was practiced family medicine and urgent care since 2006.
