CountyMed is a direct primary care practice. We are designed to cater to a limited number of patients as a full-service medical office. We are available for primary care services in addition to urgent/emergent care needs. We also offer MedSpa services including Botox as well as bioidentical hormone treatment. Our practice is membership based without insurance billing. Our goal is to provide professional and personalized care.
Pricing details
Platinum: Priority appts (evenings/nights/weekends, basic health physical labs twice/year for free, 20% discount on services and clinic charges); Gold: Appts based on provider's remaining availability but does include E/N/W, basic health physical labs once/year for free, 10% discount on services and clinic charges; Silver: Appointments during normal operating hours only; no free labs or discount on services; Student plan price drops to $70 if signing up with an adult.

I decided to pursue my dream of opening CountyMed, a Direct Primary Care clinic, in order to provide personalized and professional care, catering to a smaller subset of members. My goal is to regain focus on patient's individual needs and offer a unique experience.
