About & Care Philosophy

Currently set as a concierge Internal Medicine practice accepting 18+ patients. In addition to acute primary care needs, I am passionate about providing preventative care especially cardiovascular prevention. I plan to continue to have privileges at Halifax health hospitals (3 hospitals in Volusia county, FL).

Pricing details

$2100 per year or pro-rated per month. Although my practice is a concierge practice, in effect, it is a DPC model as I am not billing any insurance, medicare/medicaid. In the future, I might have an additional one or two lower pricing tier based on age.
