Euphora Health Direct Primary Care offers extended visits to our patients and access by phone and text 24/7 for urgent issues at an affordable monthly rate. Office visits are included with the membership and have no copay (these include acute care, chronic care and annual visits) and many procedures like EKG's, laceration repair, and dermatology procedures are free. We also help our patients navigate the healthcare system and can help obtain low-cost imaging or surgery if ever needed.
