Fiddlehead Family Health Care is a return to a pace of medicine that allows for relationship building and developing trust between physician and patient so that modifications in lifestyle can be achieved to shift the individual into a healthier state of being. We utilize lifestyle modification, diet, exercise, and mind body techniques as well as traditional western medicine. Family / $250/mo for 2 parents and 3 children up to 18 (additional children 40 dollars per month per child) Discounts: annual payments -5%. semi-annula -4% quarterly payments -3%​ High touch membership for those with more than 10 visits yearly or in assisted living or residential care $150/month, no discounts. Sliding scale fees available.
