Dr. Leach was raised in the panhandle of Florida. After graduating from medical school he moved to CO, and later served in the U.S. Public Health Service – a branch of the military. After four years, Dr. Leach moved to Denver, CO, and served as medical director of Lutheran Emergency Medical Ctr.
