Dr. Lassey is a graduate of the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas School of Medicine, & the Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency Program. For over 8 years Dr. Lassey practiced full-spectrum family medicine at Holton Community Hospital before founding Holton Direct Care.
Daniel Jones, was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. He is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with experience in Family Medicine, Cardiology, and Urgent and Emergency Medicine. He has been with HDC since 2000.
After nursing for 11 years working as a ER charge nurse at a trauma center, Marty went back to school and earned his APRN. He came to do his family medicine training onsite at Holton Direct Care and did such a great job and had such a hunger to learn and cared for patients so well, we hired him!
Elisa graduated in 1998 from WSU with a degree in Physician Assistant studies. Her career began in Kansas City, and soon realized she wanted to return to small town life. Ever since, she has practiced rural family medicine, in the Hiawatha and Falls City, before joining the HDC family.
