About & Care Philosophy
Lifestyle and Family Medicine is one of the few DPC practices in CT. I offer concierge-level primary care with a focus on evidence-based lifestyle changes to prevent and treat chronic conditions. I do all minor procedures and can do ultrasound in the office as well. We have no additional or hidden fees.

Dr. Garg is completed undergrad at MIT and subsequently did medical school at Yale School of Medicine. She has been practicing for 10 years. She learned about Lifestyle Medicine as a powerful and safe alternative to traditional medical therapeutics and decided to pursue her own clinic in this field.
