Dr. LuAnne Sperando and Dr. Laura Carson co-founded Milestone Pediatrics, a home-based, concierge, pediatric practice serving El Paso County, CO area. Members enjoy 24/7 access directly to their pediatrician and in-home visits scheduled when it is convenient for them. All services that are normally offered in a pediatric office, Milestone patients receive at home including well checks, sick visits, vaccinations, flu/strep tests, etc.

Dr. LuAnne Sperando received her Bachelor of Science at New Mexico State University and then completed her Doctor of Medicine at University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at University of New Mexico.
Dr. Laura Carson completed her Bachelor of Arts at Northwestern University and then received her Doctor of Medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch. She completed her pediatric residency at Eastern Virginia Medical/Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters.
