Primary Care Complete Membership Pricing is $99 per month for the first adult in the family, $79 for the second, and $39 per kid with a $299 per month max per family. Young adults ages 19 – 26 are $49 when they are on a family plan. Telehealth+ Membership pricing is $55 per month for adults with a one-time $185 fee for an in-office comprehensive wellness visit including a blood panel and pap smear when indicated. Additional in-office services will be offered at member-only discounted pricing.
