After graduating with a BA from Hartwick College in 1996, Dara decided to become a nurse and earned her RN degree at Massachusetts Bay Community College in 2003. In 2019, she joined NuMed Direct Primary Care with the goal of prioritizing health and well-being. She is certified in Functional Medicine
