About & Care Philosophy

Currently, we are only offering Direct Primary Care at our Fisher's Landing & Battle Ground locations. The goal of this program is to provide primary care to those who otherwise wouldn't have access to primary care services. If you have health insurance like Medicare or Medicaid, then you cannot enroll in Direct Primary Care. If you have private insurance, you can enroll if your deductible is more than $3,000 per year. If your deductible is less than $3,000 per year, then you are not eligible.

Pricing details

Monthly fees are based on your or your family's income as a percent of the Feberal Poverty Level. The Federal Poverty Level (FPL) is a minimum amount of gross income a family needs for necessities such as food, shelter, and transportation. It is set by the federal government and is used to determine a family's need for public assistance and other programs. Family Rates: First child is full price, each additional child gets a 50% discount.
