About & Care Philosophy

We provide affordable primary care to our members. With the convenience to have care provided in our office, over the phone, via text, and televideo. We bridge the gap for individuals, families, and employers to provide primary care for our community and the surrounding area.

Pricing details

The basic plan requires a 1-year agreement and comes wiht 4 visits per year. The standard is unlimited visits and no agreement. The premium adds 1 chiropractic visit per month and 1 psychology visit per year on top of the standard options. The family plan provides unlimited visits for 2 adults and includes 2 children for free. We also offer a family plan for one adult on the standard or premium plan and the first child costs $9 per month.
