Dr. Leah Jacobson has practiced pediatric medicine in San Antonio for over 25 years. She founded Personal Pediatrics to provide high-quality, personalized care to each child and their family. As each fingerprint is unique, so is each child. They deserve to be treated as the individual that they are.
