We are the first Nurse Practitioner Owned Direct Primary Care Clinic in the area and are proud to bring quality, affordable healthcare to the community. We strive to provide timely access with same day and next day appointments, urgent care and tele-medicine services. We offer in- house medications and lab testing at significant discount.

Vanessa brings over 15 years of healthcare experience to Phoenix Direct Care. She graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in Nurse from the University of Maine at Orono, and went on to receive her MSN at Husson University in the Family and Community Nurse Practitioner Program.
