Serene Primary Care was created in response to the shortcomings of insurance-based primary care. Direct primary care providers utilize a membership-based service model. This membership system allows for fewer patients per provider, direct access to your provider, unlimited appointments, extended appointment times, no copays, transparent costs, and a focus on prevention.

Family plan is available: $125/month for the first adult $225/month for two adults (20% savings!) $50/month for the first child $25/month for each additional child
