Dr. Frank Melo graduated from the University of Florida, earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciencias Médicas in Costa Rica, and completed his Residency at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. He is board certified in Family and Addiction Medicine.
