About & Care Philosophy

Southwest Integrative Medical Associates (SIMA) is an integrative DPC practice that combines conventional medicines with evidence-based, complimentary and alternative medicine (CAM). SIMA evaluates the patient as a whole, with un-rushed, comprehensive assessment, and individualized treatment, to address present health concerns and prevent future disease.

Pricing details

Both plans include coverage for a member's spouse and children under the age of 26. Plan 1 has a visit cost of $50 per visit. Plan 2 includes three visits per month; each additional visit is $50. Acute care visits for patients not enrolled in Plan payment are $78. Medical diagnostics, procedures, and other services are not included in the Plan pricing.
