Lindsay Tate, MD, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and her medical degree at St. Matthew's University School of Medicine. She also completed her Family Medicine Residency at Greenville Hospital System in South Carolina. Dr. Tate is board certified in Family Medicine.
Jana Huston, APN-C, attended University of Illinois at Chicago – Peoria, Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University, Methodist School of Nursing, and Illinois Central College. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
