Dr. Crownover was commissioned through the USAF Academy in 1989 after graduating magna cum laude. He completed his Doctorate of Medicine degree at the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Crownover finished residency training in Family Practice at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB
Delores Maybach is an American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who relocated to the Treasure Valley in 2017.
Kerry worked as an athletic trainer with the Alaska Baseball League for several years and also worked in physical therapy before attending PA school. She completed her master's degree in physician assistant studies in 2012 and has been practicing in family medicine ever since.
