Dr Greg is passionate about health and wellness. He is the host of the Fit Rx Podcast and also coaches the Vibrant Life staff in CrossFit. He is certified in Age Management Medicine and really focuses on health optimization.
Dr. Lydia was born and raised in Mississippi is Southern through and through. She started Vibrant Life Direct Care in 2019 after realizing the standard "sick" model of healthcare was not allowing her to get patients better. She enjoys focusing on women's health, weight loss and health optimization
