Pricing details
Patients aged 2+ are welcome! Memberships are billed monthly with a 12 month agreement. Services such as medications dispensed on site and labs drawn on site are billed separately from membership.

Dr. Power is a board-certified family physician with over 20 years of primary and palliative care experience. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences and a Medical Degree from Memorial University.
Rachel graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Master's in Nursing and a focus in Family Medicine. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Melissa Hoffman is the health center nurse manager. She received her Associate's Degree of Applied Science in Nursing in 1993.
