We offer a full range of comprehensive Family Medicine services, including routine medical care, regular checkups, preventive care, chronic disease management, and many minor outpatient procedures. Services are provided by a board-certified Medical Doctor. While most laboratory tests and all radiology services are not part of the membership, these can be obtained at clinic-negotiated / discounted pricing. Most office appointments can be scheduled for the same or next business day.

Margaret Zak, MD is a Board-Certified family physician since 2008. Native of Poland, Dr. Zak received her medical degree at the Medical Academy of Bialystok. In 2003 she moved to Northern Texas, to pursue residency training in family medicine. She became involved in the DPC movement in 2013.
