  • Usage data — pages visited, search queries, clicks, and time on site
  • Device information — browser type, operating system, screen size
  • Location data — approximate location based on IP address (used to show nearby clinics)

  • To provide and improve the DPCPassport directory service
  • To personalize search results based on your location
  • To communicate with you about your account or inquiries
  • To send provider leads to clinics you've expressed interest in (with your consent)
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform

  • With providers — when you request a consultation, submit a lead, or express interest in a clinic, we share your contact information with that provider
  • Service providers — we use third-party services for hosting (AWS), analytics, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual protections
