Troy A. Burns, M.D. is the Founder and Medical Director of ProPartners Healthcare. He is a 1986 graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City the following year.
