Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Last updated: March 26, 2026
Our Commitment
DPCPassport does not sell your personal information to third parties. This has been our policy since day one and applies to all users regardless of location.
What This Means
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Know whether your personal information is being sold
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
Because we do not sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of. However, we respect your right to make this request and will confirm our practices upon request.
Information We Share
While we do not sell personal information, we do share limited information in specific contexts as described in our Privacy Policy:
- Provider leads — when you voluntarily request a consultation or express interest in a clinic, we share your contact information with that provider. This is not a "sale" under CCPA as it is initiated by you.
- Service providers — we use third-party processors (hosting, analytics) who act on our behalf. This is not a "sale" under CCPA.
Your Rights by State
California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request disclosure of personal information collected, its business purpose, and any third parties with whom it is shared. Submit requests to privacy@dpcpassport.com.
Other States
If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with consumer privacy legislation, the same commitments apply. We honor privacy rights uniformly across all U.S. states.
